Why do you only sell sets and not separates?
We sell sets to ensure that your top and jogger's colours matches perfectly as every batch of sets are made from the same dyelots of fabric.
How long does an order take to arrive?
This will be dependent on whether or not your order is placed with or without embroidery. Items without embroidery will take 2 business days to be fulfilled after which our delivery partners will collect your order of which delivery is estimated between 3 - 5 days. Please note, orders placed on the weekend and public holidays will only be processed within the next available business day. Items chosen with embroidery will take between 14 - 21 business days to be delivered.
How do I know my size?
On every product page there is a little icon that looks like a measuring tape, you can click on that to help you gauge which size you'll be at Shpickle. You can also have a look at our Size Guide and if you are still unsure, please do give us a call!
Can I return something if it doesn't fit?
If it is not embroidered, yes. However, please read through our policies to understand the Terms of Service and the Returns & Refunds.
Do you do bulk orders?
Yes, the minimum order quantity for bulk orders are 25 sets per style.
Why do you give your colours different names?
We do this in order to distinguish dyelots from one another. A pink that was made in 2022 might not be exactly the same as a pink made in 2024.
What are your Christmas trading hours?
We will be operating throughout the Christmas season within our normal trading hours however, please do note; orders made over the weekend as well as public holidays will only be processed on the next available business day.
Do you deliver over the weekends or public holidays?
Unfortunately our delivery partners do not deliver on the weekends nor public holidays.
