RETURN POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Shpickle Scrubs. Please refer to our sizing guides before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit. If you have any questions about sizing or product details, don’t hesitate to contact us. When considering a return or exchange, keep your scrubs in their original packaging until you decide.
Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of shipment (The order has been placed in the hands of the designated courier.)
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but we’ll arrange the courier for your convenience.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If we’ve delivered a wrong, faulty, or damaged item, we’ll collect and replace or refund it at no extra cost to you as quickly as possible.
- If you’ve received the wrong product, notify us via email at admin@shpickle.com, and we’ll collect it at no charge. Once inspected, we’ll send the correct product (subject to availability). If the specific item is no longer available you will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card.
- If the returned item doesn’t meet the criteria outlined below, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
Criteria for Returning an Item
- Request for return must be logged via email to admin@shpickle.com within 14 days of shipment.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in a re-sellable condition, except in cases of damage or defects.
- Items must be in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- Returns for sale items, embroidered/customized garments, gift cards/vouchers, and international orders are not accepted.
- Customers are responsible for packaging items securely to avoid damage during transit. Items remain your responsibility until received by Shpickle Scrubs.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the policy requirements.
Defective Products
A defect refers to a material flaw or manufacturing issue that affects the product’s expected quality.
The following are not considered defects:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from misuse, negligence, or improper care.
- Alterations or unauthorized modifications.
If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please notify us within 14 days of shipment. After inspection, we’ll either repair, replace, or refund the item based on your preference. Please take note of the refund policy.
How to Return
- Email us with your relevant order number as well as which items you wish to return.
- Provide a reason for the return.
- Await email confirmation with detailed instructions for packaging and collection.
- Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, you’ll receive an update via email.
Refunds
- Refunds are available for unused and unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of shipment.
- Clients must provide proof of purchase to initiate the refund process.
- Any refunds are subject to a 5% transaction fee which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
